Can I take the Pueraria Mirifica (Cleavage Capsules™ or Fairy Dust™) with Birth Control?
The Birth Control may increase the breast enlarging effects of the product or it may reduce it due to its interaction with and competition for your estrogen receptors. Everyone's internal chemistry is different. The problem though, is that it may also cause the Birth Control to be less effective against pregnancy. I would not risk that. For the record, I am unable to advise you on the safety of taking Pueraria Mirifica and Birth Control at the same time. Only your doctor can truly answer that question for you. I would recommend that you not take Birth Control and Pueraria Mirifica at the same time. The safest thing to do is to get off of Birth Control temporarily while your are taking the Pueraria Mirifica, then you can safely resume your Birth Control after you reach your desired size. If you decide to take Birth Control and Pueraria Mirifica together, though it may work for breast enlargement, you do so at your own risk.
Can I take more than the suggested dosages of the Pueraria Mirifica (Cleavage Capsules™ or Fairy Dust™) to speed up growth?
You should always follow the directions on the package and never take more than the recommended dose. That being said, there are those who have experimented with taking more than the recommended dose with very mixed results. Some experienced better growth, some experienced no improvement in growth, and some just experienced many more side effects. The recommendation is 300mg of Pueraria Mirifica, 1 to 3 times per day (900mg per day max.) which is already a very large amount. I CANNOT recommend that anyone take more than this because you run the risk of many side effects such as diarrhea, disrupted or irregular menstrual cycles, nausea, acne, depression, etc. Keep in mind that everyone is different and some people can handle and/or benefit from more herb, while others cannot. Taking more than suggested could be helpful or it could just bring on more side effects and be a total waste of product. Carefully experimenting with slightly higher amounts should only be attempted by those who do not respond to lower doses for several full cycles. If you are already doing well with the suggested amount, then there is absolutely no reason to take more than that!!!
My breasts are not the same size. One of them is a lot smaller then the other, What dosage do I take and how do I take it?
This is a very common problem for many women. What you can do is pick out any of the topical cremes or serums I have available and only apply it to the smaller breast (I highly recommend Perfect Potion™ for this problem because it is so potent). At the same time, you can take either the Cleavage Caps™ or Fairy Dust™ at the regular dosage. That will help to enlarge both of your breasts and make them even.
What if I can not handle the taste of the Fairy Dust™ powder, is it bitter?
If you put one scoop (300mg) in a full glass of water you will barely be able to taste the Pueraria Mirifica extract. You can put it in a glass of juice or milk to cover up the taste even more if you need to, but this may affect its absorption into the body. "Is it bitter?" Well, actually to me it is virtually tasteless and has the faint aroma of "Graham Crackers." It's kind of nice and since I know it is making my breasts grow, I don't care what it tastes like and I can't wait to take it. :)
Why do you recommend to take the Pueraria Mirifica (Cleavage Capsules™ or Fairy Dust™) supplements starting the day after my period ends? Most of the other Pueraria Mirifica products out there say to take it on the 1st day of my period. Why is Bella's different?
Though I am not a doctor or specialist in this field, the answer really comes from my own experience and testing. There is also some compelling scientific evidence that shows that based on the makeup of the female menstrual cycle, the best time to "increase" estrogen levels (Pueraria Mirifica "mimics" this in your body), is when the estrogen is naturally increasing in the female body. If this is done too early (like on the 1st day of your period), it can stall your period and not allow it to fully complete. Waiting until the day after your period ends, allows the period to complete naturally and then raises estrogen levels at the appropriate time. The 14 days that you are taking the Pueraria Mirifica is when your estrogen levels are naturally at their highest, and the PM herb sends the signal to the body that those estrogen levels are even higher (than they actually are) during this time. That is usually when you will feel soreness in your breasts; a great indicator that they are growing! The Pueraria Mirifica supplementation is stopped 14 days later and this is the time when the body's own estrogen levels followed by progesterone levels naturally drop off, signaling to your body to have its next period. If you start taking it on day 1 of your period and then end on the 15th day, you are technically starting too early and stopping too early. This could send confusing signals to your body and your cycle could get all out of whack.
I also recommend that you wait until your next period starts before you start taking the Pueraria Mirifica again (the day after your period ends). Many of the other products out there say take it again 15 days later no matter what and don't wait for your period. That is unsafe and unnatural in my opinion and it could really throw off your cycle. I also think this is a shady way to make you use up the product faster so you have to buy more and spend more of your hard-earned money.
Every one's cycle and body chemistry is different, so there is no "one size fits all" cookie cutter method for taking Pueraria Mirifica that will work for all. What I recommend on my products is based on my own theories, the most typical female chemistry, and my own personal experience with Pueraria Mirifica. I am not an expert in female hormones and there may be those that disagree with my theories and explanation. Everyone has a right to their opinion on this subject, and it has been, and will probably continue to be a source of debate and controversy for many years to come. No one is required to follow my recommendations (that is why they are called "recommendations"), and ultimately, the best course of action is to do what feels right or makes sense to you.
Why does PM mess with some women's period? I've heard cases of this happening, and I don't understand why.
Irregular menstrual cycles is a common side effect of Pueraria Mirifica. It generally occurs when too much PM is taken or the herb is introduced too suddenly. PM is a very powerful estrogenic herb, and high doses will greatly effect your body's (perceived) hormone balance. The cycling of PM causes the body to react as if it is transitioning from a lower estrogen state to a higher than normal estrogen state every month. As a result, some women have longer, or shorter than usual menstrual cycles when on PM. It could take the body a few months to get used to this new (perceived) hormone balance, but usually the best thing to do when experiencing an irregular period, is to back off a little and take a lower dose of PM.
Some women have told me that once they started PM, they began having the most regular, quick, and pain-free periods they have ever had in their lives, and that is a great indicator that an optimum level of PM is being taken.
